Cancellation Policy

✨ Love Your Skin Esthetics — Booking Policies ✨ Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review before booking: • Rescheduling: Limited to 2 times. After the 2nd reschedule, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required. • Deposits: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and applied toward your scheduled service only. • Late Arrivals: 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled to avoid delaying other clients. • No-Shows: Deposit forfeited + possible ban from future bookings. If allowed to rebook, 100% of the service total is required upfront. • Memberships: Invoices are due upon receipt. Benefits do not roll over and monthly fees remain active regardless of usage.
